Terms of Service

1. Accounts

Merchant accounts must be held by an individual with authority to bind the business. Admin accounts are internal to Loyalty Chips.

2. Acceptable use

  • No sending SMS/email to customers who have not opted in.
  • No scraping, reselling, or exporting the platform for competitors.
  • Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and state SMS rules in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription & billing

Loyalty Base renews monthly. Google Review Stand is a one-time hardware purchase, and done-for-you campaigns are an optional monthly add-on. Cancel any time from billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

4. Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Credits are not automatically issued during pilot; contact support for material incidents.

5. Data ownership

Merchants own the customer data they collect via their chips. We act as a processor and provide export tooling on request.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we preserve your data for 30 days, then delete it.
