- Do my customers need an app?
- No — ever. They tap an NFC chip or scan a QR code with their phone's camera, enter a name and email or phone once, and they're in. The reward grows on a web page; nothing to download.
- Is it really for any business?
- Yes. LoyaltyChips is deliberately industry-agnostic — the same kit works for a barber, a cafe, a golf course, or a cruise ship. You set the reward; the dopamine mechanic is universal.
- What does it cost?
- Three plans — Starter $29, Growth $49, Pro $99 per month — every one with unlimited customers, a 30-day free trial, and no per-order fees. Cancel anytime. Chips come as one-time kits: Starter Kit $199, Growth Kit $399, Premium Metal from $899, refills $79.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your chips never brick. They keep resolving to a neutral LoyaltyChips page instead of your custom reward, and reactivate the moment you re-subscribe — no reprinting.
- Can I change my reward later?
- Anytime, from your dashboard. Because the reward lives in software, your printed chips pick up the change instantly — no need to reorder anything.
- Who owns the customer data?
- You do. Every customer who joins is yours, and you can export the full list to CSV whenever you like.
- How fast does hardware ship?
- In-stock items typically ship in about 5 business days after you approve artwork. Custom, large, or metal runs are quoted quickly.
- How do I set it up?
- Build your kit (pick a product, upload your logo, set your reward — no account needed), check out, and create your account at the handoff. We guide artwork → encode → QA → ship → activate from there.
